Having Commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, I spent six years in the British Army, serving in Germany, Kosovo and the UK. On leaving, I joined the Royal Household – serving for fifteen years as Assistant Private Secretary to HRH The Princess Royal and subsequently TRH The Earl and Countess of Wessex. I was awarded a Lieutenant of the Victorian Order (LVO) in 2020 for services to The Queen. For the past two years I have managed Lord Foster’s private office (Foster + Partners Architect Practice). Many experiences from these roles have contributed to my love of art. However, they have also taught me the importance of attention to detail and striving for perfection.
I have always been the creative type – whether it be through art, garden design or interiors. I have finally been brave enough to launch my own business.
I trained with one of the UK’s leading picture framers and have loved developing my skills and techniques over the years. I work from a purpose-built workshop at home – it’s a black hut…
